About Janie

Hi! I’m Janie Sullivan and I’m a pastry chef and entrepreneur based in Miami.

I’m currently working my way towards launching my own French patisserie and while in the process, I’m connected with one of the most luxurious hotels in Miami.

To facilitate the fast fulfillment of my goals, I’m also supplying a wide variety of cakes and pastries to several customers.

Having lived and studied in Paris for almost 5 years, I can say that I truly fell in love with this city. I have strong respect for its culture, locals, lifestyle and picturesque landmarks.

Paris will always be the most romantic city for me and it lives up to its label “The City of Love”.

I already consider Paris as my second home and it’s a place that I would love to return to over and over again.

I love the dating scene in Paris – how people perceive romance and the numerous ways in which you can connect with other singles with the use of modern technology.

That’s where I learned how to use various dating apps, Paris dating lines and matchmaking websites.

It is indeed that most romantic city in the world and it lives up to its label as the “City of Love”.

My love and fascination for Parisian culture, cuisine and lifestyle is what inspired me to bring a little bit of it back home.

That’s the reason why I’m working my way towards having my own Paris-inspired business – complete with French pastries, menu, high tea and a Parisian ambiance.

I’ve always been passionate about planning my dream business. My goal is to share a little bit of Paris back home – to serve the best pastries and to introduce classic “high tea”.

In my own little way, I want to share the “Parisian way of life” to my community and to come up with a concept that is suitable for romantic dates, family celebrations and other special occasions.

Oh, and I can already visualize the marriage proposals and declaration of love that are set to happen there – right against the spectacular landmarks of Paris that would adorn the walls of the cafe.

And if it isn’t too much to ask, I also want my patisserie to become famous for having the best French baguettes, croissants and macaroons in town.

Join me as I share snippets of my life with you while I’m heading on towards the direction of my dreams.
