Julien :: Tarte aux Abricots et à la Pistache

Phenomenal! While the appearance is humble, the flavors are outstanding. Deliciously sweetened apricots strewn about a base of creamed pistachios that come off as a slightly less sweet version of marzipan. It’s all cradled by a base of tarte dough that’s smooth and buttery. There’s not much more to say. It’s simple and incredibly tasty.
