The Plaisir Sucré entry I’ll post shortly after this will have to tide you over until next Wednesday, as I’m headed off to Florence and Venice for a week.
Even though I’ll be romping about Tuscany and strolling impossibly beautiful Venetian canals, I’ll still be thinking about you and our shared need for a pastry fix. So daily entries will start as soon as I return. I’ll also post a photo album to the Paris Patisseries Faceook page later that week for those who want see what happens when my lens isn’t jammed down into mounds of chocolate and crème.
My internet access will also be extremely limited, so if I do not reply to your emails and blog comments, don’t be offended. I’ll write back as soon as I return to Paris.
