By the time most of you read this, I’ll be double-fisting some gelato on The Spanish Steps. For it is Memorial Day weekend, and I’ve decided to unwind in Rome. Don’t worry though, the daily pastry reviews will start again on Tuesday with a new Carl Marletti piece. And here’s a hint about how it tasted – it rhymes with “nutritious”.
